Niagara Homecoming

Niagara Homecoming is our mission for 2009.   It is an extension of Buffalo Homecoming and a direct result of the work that member Colleen Kulikowski with both Niagara Rises and Buffalo Homecoming 2008.   At the end of the Buffalo Homecoming 2008, Colleen mentioned that Niagara Falls should do something like this.   Encourage by Marti Gorman she took the concept to the Niagara Rises group.

The group looking for a mission and a reason to celebrate all that is positive in Niagara Falls took on the development of Niagara Homecoming.

More about the event will be posted at Niagara Homecoming website, but let’s just say it is historical that Buffalo and Niagara Falls are embracing each other and committed to producing a great event!

  1. This truly is historic! To regionalize the success of Buffalo Homecoming and extend it to include Niagara is fabulous. I look forward to working with this dynamic group of Niagara Falls enthusiasts to create a breathtakingly huge event that catches the imagination of the entire Buffalo Niagara community.

  2. We should have a page here on this site with a “flyer layout” of all our events for Niagara Homecoming and Buffalo Homecoming, with our logo and theirs.
The Buffalo site offers little to no information right now.
We should have all the information here and link the Buffalo site as well, from this page.
    Thanks,
    Eileen Soro

  3. This is a good-looking, informative web site and you are to be congratulated for the cooperative effort with Buffalo.

We’ve decided to retire after 15 years running a Bed and Breakfast, and we wonder how we could reach folks participating in the Homecoming. Maybe some of them would like to run a small business of their own. Then there is the broader question of whether there are others who might want to reach participants, too.
