United States of America (Press Release) November 23, 2008 – With many families and friends getting together for the long Thanksgiving weekend, one Niagara Falls, New York tour company has come up with something for them to do after they’ve gorged themselves on turkey.

Anyone that brings a turkey wishbone or leg bone to The Mob Tours on Saturday, November 29, 2008 in time for their 11AM tour of Niagara Falls mafia history, will receive a half price ticket, until sold out.

“A lot of people come into town for the long weekend,” stated Mike Rizzo, founder of The Mob Tours. “After spending a day or two together eating turkey, watching football, and shopping on Black Friday, we figured they would need something else to do, and what better thing than our tour.”

The Mob Tours is a company that provides organized bus tours of former mafia sites in and around Niagara Falls, New York. They are also building the most comprehensive collection of documents on former mob boss Stefano Magaddino.

Prior booking of the tour is recommended as seating is limited. The tour runs Saturday at 11AM and reservations can be made through their website www.themobtours.com or by phone 716-578-4939.

Rizzo finished: “We’ll collect some trash and then take’em for a ride. What better way to end the long weekend? Some friends, some laughs, and a little history.”

For further information please contact Mike Rizzo, 716-578-4939 or info@themobtours.com.

About The Mob ToursTM

Painstakingly researched and developed by Michael Rizzo, a entrepreneur, historian, researcher, and author of two local history books, the tour debuted in June 2008. The Mob Tours is the only tour company in western New York offering historical tours of organized crime sites.

I am so pleased to announce the participation of Niagara County Community College and the Crowne Plaza in the Niagara Homecoming Weekend in June 2009.   The NCCC Culinary Program headed by Executive Chef Mark Mistriner, Niagara County Community College and the Crowne Plaza will host the opening Kick-off Reception for the Homecoming Weekend.

Frank Croisdale and I will be meeting with Chef Mistriner next week to work on the details of the event which will include a silent auction and 50/50 split club to benefit Niagara Rises, ticket sales for the event will benefit Niagara County Community College Scholarship fund.

The Culinary Program at NCCC will showcase its new school and restaurant at the Crowne, the Restaurant will open in February 2009 and the school will open in the Fall of 2009.  Food and cocktails will abound and area restaurant owners will be encouraged to attend to meet vendors from around the Niagara and Buffalo region with samples and tastings, as well as all our local citizens and those traveling early to Niagara and Buffalo to enjoy the Weekend events.

Everyone involved in Niagara Rises should be very proud of all the hard work and dedication shown in these early stages of planning for this wonderful event.

This is time sensitive as it’s only good today, Monday Nov 24th.

KBToys is having a buy 3 get 4th item free sale AND get 20% off your bill!

I went shopping for our Christmas Party for work and spent $162.00 on 44 kids!  OF course I was looking for the best deals and didn’t buy things that were priced over $10.00 to start.

UNBELIEVABLE

They do still have the Buy 3 get 1 free Tuesday, but not the 20% off.
